So often people exclaim in surprise, "My ribs are supposed to move?" The ribs connect our shoulders and arms to the spine from one end, and the pelvis and legs to the spine from the other. This side lying lesson looks at the possibilities of side bending and how that can improve flexibility and create a new appreciation for your ribs.
So many people complain about tight hamstrings without realizing that flexibility comes from the back and hip flexors. This lesson offers a few challenging moves - just remember, less is more!
