Whenever I teach my "top ten" series, this lesson is a must. Not only does it re-balance the two sides of the self, it harmonizes top and bottom. Oh, and let's not forget the diagonal relationship between opposite shoulders and hips. As with so many lessons, this one leads to a surprising, functional finale.
