I loved your ATM recording, your teaching style is really amazing with just enough pointers to actually complete the body experience with the brain information required to improve my self-image (I sometimes feel some ATM (Awareness Through Movement Lessons) lack explaining what can be interesting to notice so you end with « just » a physical experience, which is already amazing but not quite enough to satisfy me ! ????); I feel so good right now ! =D
