I rely on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for my workshops. If an attendee needs to withdraw from a workshop, they must inform me in writing.
If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, the following refund schedule applies once I receive your written notification of the need to withdraw
- More than 90 days before the start date: A cancellation fee of 15% of total workshop registration and housing fees paid applies
- More than 45 days before the start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of total workshop registration and housing fees paid applies
- Less than 45 days before the start date No refund is available*
I will make every effort to fill a spot if notified of a cancellation. If I am able to fill the spot, you will receive a refund minus 15% for administrative costs. Please take these cancellation policies into account when you sign up for a workshop.
* Workshop Site Cancellation Although it is highly unusual, if a workshop must be cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified immediately and will receive a complete refund of all workshop and housing fees. The workshop administrators and workshop instructors are not responsible for expenses incurred beyond the registration and housing fees.
