I just went through your download that deals with small spaces of the body. I have had pain and discomfort in my upper palette for years. I’ve seen ENT, dentists, orthodontists, eye doctors–they all say there is nothing to do to relieve the discomfort. Your class does what no doctor can do.
I have such relief today. I keep a lot of tension in my jaw and mouth–tongue and neck, which are connected. This showed me how to release that and that there can be relief.
