Like being fluent in any language, choosing an appropriate behavior can become as effortless as speaking your native tongue.
This three part course will introduce you to your emotional vocabulary through Awareness Through Movement®, discussion, and inner exploration based on the Kinēsa® process. Empower yourself to navigate life’s challenges with grace, learn to reduce unnecessary stress and develop emotional and physical resilience.
