Asheville Movement Center

The Asheville Movement Center is located at 4 Richmond Ave, Asheville, NC 28806. It has 900 sq ft of learning space. Classes include Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement®, Yoga and more. Lavinia Plonka, GCFP, director, offers group and private Feldenkrais lessons, (Functional Integration®) by appointment. The Feldenkrais Method has proven helpful for many kinds of movement and performance challenges. The Asheville Movement Center is also available for rental for events, workshops or classes.
