The Embodied Performer: A Creative Body Laboratory

This weekly lab explores mime, physical theater techniques including improvisation, Grotowski technique, body language and eccentric dance. It will be blended with body/mind work including Feldenkrais, Delsatrte and visualization.

  • Health professionals
  • People looking to develop a more powerful presence and poise
  • Those looking for a new fitness regimen

While the physical work can be demanding, anyone is welcome to attend and participate at whatever level is comfortable. This is process, not product oriented and will be conducted in a safe and respectful environment. The emphasis is on learning and pleasure!
