Know Thyself: A Somatic Exploration via the Feldenkrais Method® Moshe Feldenkrais taught that until one is aware of the underlying habits that affect our behavior, we cannot live a fully spontaneous and fulfilling life. Using deceptively simple yet sophisticated movement sequences, he offered a way to approach self knowledge through an understanding of personal movement habits. This workshop will present an experiential introduction to this extraordinary approach towards “knowing oneself.”
