Connecting the Dots: Two Creative Body Workshops
Workshop in Akke’s Yoga Place, Blacksburg VA.
April 17
9 AM - 12 PM – Putting Your Head In Its Place
2 PM – 5 PM – Power of the Pelvis
$45/one session, $75/both
Yes, I want to attend BOTH Workshops:
Putting Your Head In Its Place
Do you know where your head is? Literally, the placement of your head affects everything: your posture, your sense of safety, your ease with others. It even affects how others perceive you. Headaches, TMJ, neck pain and even lower back problems are sometimes the result of the head’s relationship to the rest of the body.
I ONLY want to attend the "Putting Your Head in its Place" Workshop:
Power of the Pelvis
Activate and enliven your vital center. The pelvis can be a source of spontaneity and joy, or the seat of challenge for anyone who has had an injury, illness or trauma that has compromised pelvic mobility. Athletes, martial artists and performing artists rely on its power for peak performance.
Both workshops blend Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons with discussion and exercises for a complete mind/body/emotions experience.
I ONLY want to attend the "Power of the Pelvis" Workshop:
